Polyester staple fibers are mainly used in the cotton spinning industry, and can also be used for home furnishing fabrics, packaging fabrics, fillings and thermal insulation materials. So what are the classifications of polyester staple fibers?
Large chemical fibers: short fibers spun from PET chips or melt-spun. Good color, large batch number, stable strength, few defects, and good spinnability. Medium chemical fibers: spun from substandard PET chips or PET recycled materials. The price and quality are between large chemical fibers and small chemical fibers, and are mainly used by some spinning mills for blending with large chemical fibers to enhance competitiveness. Small chemical fibers: spun from PET recycled materials. The price and quality are mixed and not produced, and are suitable for export to some markets and fields where quality requirements are not too high, such as filling materials. Our company is a source manufacturer of recycled polyester wheel staple fibers. Our products include polyester staple fibers 15D, polyester staple fibers 7D and polyester staple fibers 3D. We have our own production base, and all production equipment is independently developed. We regularly upgrade equipment and carry out equipment maintenance to expand production capacity.
